M ~ Why did you choose Coaching?
K ~ I believe my highest value is to nurture. I used to do this also as a makeup artist in a different
way. In the future I hope to nurture as a mother. I feel that I’m standing in the space of my truth
when I coach.
M ~ What are some of your own self love rituals?
K ~ I have regular rituals and some spontaneous. The key for me is keeping it simple.
Regular rituals are Yoga, meditation and journaling. I make self love choices as much as I can.
Subtle mindfulness choices such a s slowing down to eat lunch and noticing the sunshine on my
M ~ Where is your fave ‘Escape Place?’
K ~ Anywhere near the ocean. I need water for restoration – I grew up around water, my parents are water babies and my dad loves to fish. I feel a bit disconnected if I m too far from the water. Water is how I heal and how I connect. The Gold Coast is home in my heart. I love to travel but I always get home sick. I love being home in Hollywell. I guess my fave escape place is the beach down the road.
M ~ Your birth date? What do you feel is your strongest trait?
14th May. Taurus. I’m strong in what I believe and I don’t waiver. I’m very focused on my strong
beliefs which helps me get things done and stand by my values and people in my life.
I feel my greatest strength is being open and loving. I’m compassionate and kind.
M ~ You have powerful strengths. Which areas of yourself are you working on?
K ~ Letting go of subconscious beliefs. I’m working on subconscious healing…breaking the glass
M ~ Fave Yoga posture?
K ~ I have many depending on my mood and what I need at the time. Handstands when playful;
Childs pose and Reclined butterfly on bolster when needing restorative time. Side Lunges to open
the chest and heart.
M ~ How has Yoga helped you?
K ~ I like the quietening of the mind. It allows me to focus on my physical body. It helps me focus
and sharpen my mind. I also love the conscious breathing - noticing the breath and how much it
changes how you feel.
M ~ Which essential oils resonate with you the most?
K ~ It changes all the time, but right now I’m loving Lavender and Geranium. Lavender on my heart for calming, soothing and feeling supported during the cooler months where I tend to feel vulnerable. Geranium in a salt bath for emotional balance and pure self love goodness!!
M ~ Your website is so beautiful and a clever reflection of you. Can you share anything new for you in the future?
K ~ I’m always focused on my coaching and events but I also have a new online self love program that I’ll be launching in a few months.
M ~ How can we learn from you right now?
K ~ See my website www.katecaddle.com The ‘Busy woman’s guide to Zen’ – This is an Ebook and workbook which includes a guided meditation, a gratitude audio with Ange Simson, colouring pages and journal prompts.
THANK YOU KATE !
